By signing up and actively using the StarReferrals.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. StarReferrals.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with starreferrals.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the StarReferrals.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Relationship of the Parties

You and StarReferrals.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and StarReferrals.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of StarReferrals.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

StarReferrals.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or StarReferrals.com program, even if StarReferrals.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, StarReferrals.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Paid to Signup / Paid to Click Policy

To uphold the quality and reputation of StarReferrals.com, all members who wish to have a Paid to Signup offer on StarReferrals.com must abide by this policy. We also monitor sites after we begin running their ads under this program. If a site is found to be in violation of our policies at any time, we will warn the publisher or suspend or terminate the account. Please read the policies carefully and assume that they all apply to you, unless the specific policy explicitly states otherwise.

Offers - Earn Internal Funds
Any offers done at StarReferrals.com which earn Internal Funds are to be used in-site for advertising. StarReferrals.com is NOT a payment based site. You may complete these offers in order to pay for any StarReferral.com advertising including; PTS ads, PTC ads, Side Panel Ads, Top Banner Ads and Account Upgrades. No non-credit reports are accepted. Remember to clear cookies and rotate emails when completing offers. Signup for offers that you are interested in, only, please. DO NOT sign up with intention to cancel. Your signup will be considered fraudulent and the offer will be reversed.
Offers - Earn Stars
You may complete these Paid-to-Signup offers to earn stars for your own advertising needs. You may NOT sign up for a program that you are already a member of. If your membership at a site that you signed up for through StarReferrals.com is terminated for fraudulent activity - you will be removed from StarReferrals.com. If you show a history of fraudulent behavior at other GPT sites, you will be removed from StarReferrals.com. We cannot host and encourage members with a history of fraud to sign up for new programs through our site of which they may also abuse with fraudulent activity. In addition, hosting fraudulent members puts our honest members and affiliate accounts at risk. StarReferrals.com may be notified of fraudulent history via Members, other Site Admin or Affiliates.
Transferability |
Paid to Signups and Paid to Clicks are not transferable or resalable to another member of StarReferrals.com.

Unused advertising credits are not refundable. Signups which are deemed not acceptable by the Term of Service will not be refunded.

All sites advertised MUST be Get Paid To sites and LEGITIMATE home business opportunities. Paid to Signups, Paid to Clicks, Side Panel Ads, or Banner Impressions must not be for Sites that include the following. Any promoted site which has been found to include any one of the follow items is not allowed on StarReferrals.com and will be pulled immediately. These include; Sites w/ Affiliate URL's, HYIP Sites, Investment Sites, and site containing Excessive profanity, Hate, violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization, Hacking/cracking content, Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia, Pornography, adult, mature content, or dating sites. StarReferrals.com will not support ads for other referral based sites/downline builders like ours. Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others, Pop-ups, pop-under or exit windows that interfere with site navigation, obscure starreferrals.com interface, change user preferences, or are for unauthorized downloads, or Deceptive or manipulative content. Any ads placed w/in the categories listed above will be deleted w/out refund, and member risks losing StarReferrals.com membership.

Allowed Content: StarReferrals.com only promotes free-to-signup sites. If you are promoting a site which requires the member to "Go Green"; you must state this specifically in your Offer Name. Any signups which are not clear in their directions, will be pulled. If you are requiring members to complete an offer for credit - you must leave their signup pending at least 10 days until giving them the opportunity to complete the requirements set by you. StarReferrals.com is not responsible for offer completions required of members at other sites - nor can we monitor or mediate such completions. The site you are promoting must be launched, functioning, and easily navigable. StarReferrals.com will not support ads for other referral based sites/downline builders like ours. All PTS ads should be placed in the proper category upon creation. Sites intentionally placed in incorrect categories will be deleted w/out refund and StarReferrals membership will be deleted.

Approving Paid to Signups
|
Please check the "Approve Signups" page frequently to complete signup transactions. Any user found to fraud StarReferrals.com or its members by not approving legitimate signups will be deleted from the site immediately w/out notice. You must approve/deny all pending signups w/in 7-10 days of request for credit. If you do not approve the signup w/in this time - StarReferrals.com administration will "force" the signups. (ie: automatically approve them) Any inacurate feedback left after a forced signup will result in the editing of the feedback by StarReferrals.com administration. As of 1/9/08 - any pending sign-ups left after 10 days will only be focred into approval status if the member requesting credit has no recent denials and has entered ALL appropriate information for credit. (ie: confirmation emails, proof of offer completed, user number, user name, etc.) Administration will handle any signups pending more than 10 days and have had recent denials or have entered wrong or incomplete info for the signup by deleting rather that approving. If you are requiring members to complete an offer for credit - you must leave their signup pending 10 days to give them the opportunity to complete the requirements set by you. If the member completes the requirements before the 10 day period - you may approve them. Otherwise, they must remain pending for 10 days giving them the time to complete the offers required of them. Do not deny or delete them before the 10 day period.

All feedback left at StarReferrals.com should be factual. StarReferrals.com reserves the right to edit feedback if investigation results show inaccuracy or retaliation.

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with StarReferrals.com and may result in legal prosecution. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future stars/earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
